410 • <br /> 1. The outdoor display of the tuff sheds requires a landscaping buffer from both the public street (Smith) and the <br /> freeway. EMC 19.35.080.A requires a 10'Type III landscaping buffer between the street and the outdoor display <br /> area.Type III landscaping meeting code requirements for shrubs,groundcover, etc. is required however no trees <br /> need to be planted in this area. <br /> 2. A landscape strip, at minimum 10 feet in width, is required between the outdoor display area and the freeway <br /> right-of-way in accordance with EMC 19.35.090.This should be planted to Type II standards. <br /> Also I am double checking on the signage and will follow up if there are any violation concerns. <br /> Thanks, <br /> Kelsey <br />
