Kelsey provided the requirements in the email below to the Code Enforcement officer, however it does not <br /> appear that it made it into his violation citation letter. Regardless,the two conditions below are what Permit Services <br /> needs to review prior to issuance of permits. You will need to submit to the Permit Counter a Public Works Permit <br /> Application accompanied by 2 copies of the site plan meeting landscaping requirements.This will be reviewed for <br /> compliance and once approvable, a Public Works Permit will be issued.After all construction is complete and your <br /> permit is finaled, we will then review the available area to see what area we can permit for display use through the <br /> issuance of an annual right-of-way use permit. <br /> In the meantime,the currently displayed sheds must be removed from the right-of-way per your violation citation letter <br /> dated July 21st, 2017,from Code Enforcement Officer Kevin Fagerstrom. Please contact Kelsey Keyd in the Planning <br /> Department (425-257-7275, KHeyd@everettwa.gov) if you have any questions about preparing the site plan with <br /> landscaping requirements.
