Implementation of other BMPs as determined necessary by the City— additional BMPs will be <br /> implemented as required by the city inspector. <br /> Minimum Requirement#3 —Source Control of Pollution <br /> All known, available and reasonable source control BMPs shall be utilized during construction. The <br /> post-construction land use does not require the additional application of any source control <br /> measures. <br /> Minimum Requirement#4—Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls <br /> Natural drainage patterns are to be maintained through the provision of a perforated stub-out <br /> connection and overflow conveyance to the existing stormwater conveyance system. <br /> Minimum Requirement#5—On-site Stormwater Management <br /> On-site stormwater management BMPs (soil amendments and a perforated downspout connection) <br /> shall be provided to infiltrate and disperse stormwater runoff on-site to the maximum extent feasible. <br /> Dispersed stormwater shall be directed away from the foundation and adjoining properties.
