The site address is 2102 Summit Avenue. The total area of new or replaced <br /> impervious surface is 2,400 square feet. The total area of proposed land disturbance is <br /> approximately 8,000 square feet. The project is required to meet only Minimum Requirements#1-5. <br /> The lot slopes moderately to the west towards the alley. The site soils are Alderwood series, <br /> therefore stormwater likely moves as sheet flow or interflow toward the alley to the west, which has <br /> no conveyance or collection system. <br /> Minimum Requirement#1 —Stormwater Site Plan Preparation <br /> A Stormwater Site Plan has been prepared and is included on the building permit site plan with <br /> specific stormwater mitigation information provided on the site plan. The proposed mitigation <br /> includes a 20-ft long perforated stub-out connection for the duplex roof drains, which will be located <br /> north of the duplex and will have an overflow connection to the combined sewer. <br /> Minimum Requirement#2—Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br /> The Small Parcel Requirements are: <br /> 1. Provision of a construction access route - a construction access route will be provided to the site <br /> from 21'street. <br /> 2.
