• <br /> disturbing or other constructing activities result in the inadvertent discovery of the archaeological <br /> resources,work shall be halted in the immediate area, and contact made with the City of Everett, <br /> the office of the State Archaeologist (OAHP), and cultural resources office of the affected <br /> Tribes. Work must be halted until such time as further investigation and appropriate consultation <br /> is concluded. In the unlikely event of the inadvertent discovery of human remains,work shall be <br /> immediately halted in the discovery area, the remains covered and secured against further <br /> disturbance, and communication established with project administrative personnel, local law <br /> enforcement, OAHP,and authorized Tribal representatives. <br /> 4. The applicant shall contribute an amount equal to 2% of the total value of the project toward <br /> shoreline public access. This can either be in the form of a payment to the City of Everett for <br /> future improvements, or in-kind off-site improvements that implement the adopted shoreline <br /> public access plan and are consistent with applicable SMP regulations.
