Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Residential Code (IRC) as amended <br /> by the State of Washington and/or 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and adopted <br /> by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Update sheet A0.1 and A0.2 to Current codes (The Energy Code referenced and the <br /> credits listed are from a previous code). <br /> 2. Provide sections and details for all new stairs, interior and exterior. Show stringer and <br /> stringer attachment to deck/floor. Interior Section shall be specific to this structure to <br /> show minimum headroom is provided at new stairs to basement. <br /> 3. Provide details for guard attachment at exterior decks and stairs. <br /> 4. Provide Handrails per section R311.7.8 for interior and exterior stairs. Show on plans. <br /> 5. Provide foundation for new storage area supporting new stairs at east side of the <br /> basement. <br /> 6. Show all new footings on foundation plan. <br /> 7. Provide landings at all exterior entrance and exits and at the top and bottom of all stairs. <br /> Show on plans. <br /> 8.
