Provide R-10 rigid insulation at all headers in walls per Table R402.1.1 of the WSEC. <br /> 11. Provide ledger details and section. Ledger bolts shall be staggered top and bottom. <br /> 12. Specify Lateral connection per section R507.2.4 IRC. Show connection on section and in <br /> plan view. <br /> 13. Specify post/footing connection at all new decks capable of resisting uplift and lateral <br /> displacement per engineered design. <br /> 14. Provide detail for the construction of the roof at the garage level. Specify how roof <br /> structure is attached to the exterior wall and how it is capable of supporting the code <br /> required loads. <br /> 15. Below grade walls are required to be insulated on the interior per table R402.1.1 WSEC. <br /> Provide detail of insulation at interior below grade walls, include fireblocking location <br /> and requirements. <br /> 16. Provide minimum 50 CFM exhaust fan in bathroom and laundry room.
