The proposed modification consists of changes to an existing utility pole site <br />and ground facility. The modifications to the pole will consist of the removal of 3 existing panel <br />antennas, removal of 3 existing TMAs, the addition of 3 new panel antennas and the addition of 3 <br />remote radio units with cabling. Modifications to the ground will consist of remove of 1 U2100. <br />Please find enclosed: <br />BP Application Form <br />(3) Construction Drawings <br />(3) IBC Structural Analysis Letters <br />Check # 0003143522 for $534.56 <br />The site is an existing unmanned wireless communications facility so a parking plan is not applicable. <br />Similarly, landscaping, irrigation, erosion and grading plans are not applicable because it is an existing <br />rooftop site and no changes are being made to the ground. A noise study is also not applicable because <br />no new noise generating equipment is being added to the site. This modification is exempt from SEPA <br />per WAC 197-11-800 (25)(a)(i). The modification is subject to 41.150(D)(1)(b)(9) and thus exempt from <br />section 41.150(D)(1)(b). The site does not include any sensitive areas. Under the IBC section 105 of the <br />2012 code, public services entities are exempt from the permitting provisions of the IBC and as such no <br />calculations are required to be provided to the permitting agency. When the structural design and <br />installation are completed they will comply with recognized national standards and meet all utility code <br />and industry requirements.
