Meg Haley, <br /> Please find the following list of responses to your correction notice#1 for permit number B1612-030 dated Feb 7, 2017. <br /> BUILDING DEPARTMENT COMMENTS; <br /> General <br /> i/ 1. The reference to the WSEC C101.4.3 on the cover sheet appears to be from the 2012, not the 2015 adopted <br /> code. This code reference should be updated to correspond to current code requirements. <br /> Response: The WSEC reference has been updated to reflect the 2015 code. See Sheet A0.0 under Energy <br /> Summary,Alterations C503. <br /> 2. New doors should be identified on the floor plan key, and also shown per the key on the plans. <br /> Response: Doors are now identified as new or existing per the floor plan key on sheet A2.0, in addition to the door <br /> schedule on sheet A7.1. <br /> 3. Please target the interior elevations on the plans for reference. <br /> Response: Interior elevations on Sheet A3.0 have been targeted on the main floor plan, Sheet A2.0. <br /> Occupancy and Fire Safety <br /> 1. A change in occupancy from business to A-2(as indicated on the cover sheet) will trigger compliance with the <br /> Everett Municipal Code 16.76.060 for suppression, which will also trigger automatic detection. <br /> Response: See response to note#3 below. <br /> 2.
