The drawings should indicate specific signage at the main entrance door and the rear exit door to indicate that these <br /> doors will be open during business hours,per IBC section 1010.1.9.3, 2.2. <br /> Response: The existing Floor Plan Note has been updated and clarified to indicate that the doors are to remain <br /> unlocked when the space is occupied, per IBC 1010.1.9.3, 2.2. Doors 1 &2,front and rear have added notes to <br /> refer to the plan notes for specifics. <br /> Construction <br /> 1. Please provide details of the new ceiling in the prep area. The ceiling details should be shown on the drawings, <br /> and in section should show a 2 inch angle at the wall, per the Northwest Ceiling Bureau details on document 401. <br /> Response: Prep area and hallway ceilings are targeted on Sheet A3.0, #4 and described in detail on Sheet A7.1 <br /> under Wall, Floor, Ceiling type schedules. <br /> 2. Safety glazing should be shown on all door and window elevations as required by IBC section 2406.4. <br /> Response: Safety glazing for doors and windows is now properly shown on Sheet A3.0, Elevations, specifically <br /> Window#2, per 2406.4.2, Glazing Adjacent to Doors. Door and Window schedule on Sheet A7.1 also reflects this <br /> information. <br /> 3. Please indicate wall and ceiling sections for the new walls, and target those sections to the plans. This information <br /> should show if the walls are floor to underside of structure, or a different configuration. <br /> Response: Wall and ceiling sections are shown on Sheet A7.1, Wall, Floor, Ceiling Type Schedules.Additional <br /> clarification has been noted on Detail 1 Wall Section, Sheet A3.0 and the floor plan, Sheet A2.O. New prep area and <br /> hall have ceiling lids to match existing bathrooms.Thin wall behind bar is partial height for tile application, height <br /> noted on Sheet A2.0. <br /> 4. Please confirm if doors 3, 4, and 5 are existing or new doors. <br /> Response: Doors 3&4 are existing doors, Door 5 is new, and have been noted as such in the Door Schedule <br /> under Remarks. Door 5 has also been noted as new on the main level floor plan, Sheet A2.0. <br /> 5.
