How is the heat transferred through the ceiling to the prep area? Please <br /> identify the fuel source for this heater. <br /> Response: Fuel source for the existing heaters are natural gas, and noted on detail 1, Sheet A3.0. The heat is not <br /> transferred through the ceiling into the prep area, it supplies heating to the main cafe space. Specification cut sheet <br /> is included, Reznor model UDAP. Compliance with WSEC C403 Mechanical Systems is deferred until a qualified <br /> HVAC technician or engineer has qualified the system and prepared a mechanical permit submittal, although we <br /> don't anticipate replacing or altering the existing heaters per C503.4. <br /> 5. Please indicate the current mechanical system locations and cfm for the coffee shop and toilet rooms,per IMC Table <br /> 403.3.1.1 requirements for Food and Beverage Service and requirements for Public Spaces Public Toilet rooms. <br /> Response: Prep area and toilet room fan c.f.m. rates are shown on E.1.0, additional ventilation requirements, per <br /> design/build system and differed submittal. <br /> 6.
