Response: The sales and service counter and point of purchase(POP)show compliance for a parallel approach, per 904.3.1 and Sheet A2.0&detail 7 on A3.0, indicating a portion of the counter surface of 36 inch minimum length and 36 inch maximum height with a clear floor space of 30"x48" adjacent to the accessible counter, per Section 305. The cabinet niche shows compliance per 904.5.1 for self-service shelves and dispensing device for beverages (water cup filler)and per 308.3.2 for obstructed hight reach with a parallel approach. 2. The toilet paper dispensers should be shown on the toilet room elevations to meet the requirements of ICC- A117.1-2009 section 604.7. Response: Location parameters of existing toilet paper holders are shown on detail 4, Sheet 3.0. 3. Door hardware should be shown to be accessible on the door schedule, for both new and existing doors. Response: Door schedule has been updated to indicate accessible operable hardware, per 309.3 Height and 309.4 Operation. 4. Please show the clear floor space per section 305.3 beyond the arc of the door; in addition to the 5'turning space, per ICC-A 117.1-2009 section 603.2.2, exception 2.
