Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted. All required submittals <br /> must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structures will be <br /> constructed in compliance with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings submitted for <br /> revisions. <br /> All revisions require the person delivering the drawings to replace revisions into the two review <br /> sets here at our offices. For significant revisions, please provide two full replacement sets. If <br /> the revisions are coming directly from the blue-printer, please make arrangements with them to <br /> print two replacement sets. <br /> General <br /> 1. The reference to the WSEC C101.4.3 on the cover sheet appears to be from the 2012, <br /> not the 2015 adopted code. This code reference should be updated to correspond to <br /> current code requirements. <br /> 2. New doors should be identified on the floor plan key, and also shown per the key on the <br /> plans. <br /> 3. Please target the interior elevations on the plans for reference. <br /> Occupancy and Fire Safety <br /> 1. A change in occupancy from business to A-2 (as indicated on the cover sheet) will <br /> trigger compliance with the Everett Municipal Code 16.76.060 for suppression, which will <br /> also trigger automatic detection. <br /> 2. Please show the following on the rear exit door, door 2: <br /> a. A discernible path of egress should be shown with illuminated exit signs on the <br /> drawings, per IBC section 1011.1. <br /> b. Emergency lighting should be shown on the drawings, per IBC section 1006.1, at <br /> the interior and exterior side of the door. <br /> 3.
