EVERETT STATION PARK-AND-RIDE EXPANSION Agreement with Perteet Inc. January 2018 • Perteet will prepare its invoice and associated progress report monthly. • A maximum of fourteen(14)progress reports and invoices will be prepared. • Submittal meetings will be held at Everett Transit or Perteet's Everett office as desired by Everett Transit. • Perteet will coordinate with subconsultants via e-mails,meetings,and phone calls on an as needed basis. Deliverables: • Kickoff Meeting Agenda and Minutes(PDF) • Draft Work Plan (PDF) • Final Work Plan(one[11 hard copy, PDF) • Project Schedule(Microsoft Project format)and up to two(2)updates • Project Meeting Agenda(up to six[6])and Minutes(up to six[6]) • Perteet Standard Monthly Progress Reports/Invoices(maximum of fourteen(14),hard copy) Task 2 — Survey and Basemapping 2.1 Research, Survey Control, Boundary, and R/W Determination Research will be performed to identify local survey control monumentation which will be recovered and auxiliary control established as necessary in order to survey topographic features of the project site and to establish a horizontal and vertical datum on which to base the survey.Unless otherwise instructed,the horizontal datum will be NAD 83/2011 and the vertical datum NAVD 88.Boundary and Right-of-Way will be determined from available public records and field evidence. 2.2 Topographic Field Survey Upon receipt of written Notice to Proceed(NTP)Perteet will coordinate the services of a professional utility locating firm to mark indication of buried utilities on the surface with paint marks.Existing(if any)property corners will be recovered for use in establishing the exterior boundary of the site.Ground-based topographic surveys will be performed to generate basemaps at a convenient scale and to prepare DTM generated 1-foot contours for the area within the survey limits as delineated on the attached exhibit map entitled Everett Station Parking Lot Expansion Survey Limits.Topographic survey limits will be to the face of curb along Smith Avenue to the west;to the fence along the east side;and as shown on the exhibit on the north and south sides.
