EVERETT STATION PARK-AND-RIDE EXPANSION <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. January 2018 <br /> • Water meters,valves,hydrants,and irrigation structures <br /> • Electrical,traffic signal and communications transformers,vaults,poles,and hand-holes <br /> • Gas valves and meters <br /> • Surface characteristics and drainage features,including ridges,swales,berms,ditches,localized <br /> depressions,etc. <br /> • Storm drain and sanitary sewer manholes and catch basins with pipe invert elevations,sizes,and <br /> composition noted <br /> • Street signs and channelization <br /> 2.3 Topographic Survey Basemap <br /> Topographic survey mapping will be prepared at a convenient scale with a 1-foot vertical contour interval in <br /> AutoCAD format,using City of Everett layering,symbology,and attribute conventions.Final digital files will be <br /> contiguous at alto 1 scale in model space.Point data blocks will include number identifier,elevations,and <br /> descriptors. Mapping will be planimetric with digital terrain modeling.The mapping will comply with the National <br /> Map Accuracy Standards for l" =20'scale mapping,l-foot contour interval. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Consultant personnel are not certified for confined space entry thus all sanitary sewer and storm <br /> drainage pipe inverts within control structures will be measured from the rim of catch basins and <br /> manholes. <br /> • Property corners will not be installed nor a Record of Survey prepared in conjunction with this proposal. <br /> • Boundary and right-of-way lines will be depicted for graphical purposes only,based on available public <br /> records and recovered field evidence. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Civil 3D basemap and XML file,Civil 3D DTM surface,and text point file. <br /> Task 3 — Site Configuration Alternatives Analysis (Conceptual Design) <br /> The intent of this task is to determine the configuration of the park-and-ride,including parking space <br /> configuration and motor vehicle traffic flow through the park-and-ride site. <br /> Work Elements: <br /> • Complete conceptual-level,plan-view layouts of up to three(3)alternative site configurations. <br /> • Complete up to three(3)color renderings that represent selected portions of selected site configurations. <br /> • Site 10 to 20 BikeLid covered bike racks throughout Everett Station. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Two(2)members from the Consultant team will attend one(1)face-to-face meeting at Everett Transit's <br /> office to discuss the pros and cons of each site configuration. <br /> • Everett Transit will finalize a site layout configuration through this process that shall not be substantially <br /> modified in a later design phase.A substantial change in site configuration or intersection type will <br /> 5 <br /> File location: X:\Everett,City of\Promo Efforts\20170146-Everett Station P&R Expansion\Promo\Business Development\Scope\Everett Transit Parking <br /> Lot_Scope_2018-1-10.docx <br />
