EVERETT STATION PARK-AND-RIDE EXPANSION <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. January 2018 <br /> constitute a change in scope and will allow the Consultant to negotiate additional compensation for the <br /> change. <br /> • Suggested BikeLid locations will be identified on an aerial map. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Three(3)plan-view site configuration exhibits(hard copy, PDF) <br /> • Three(3)color rendering exhibits(hard copy, PDF) <br /> • Meeting agenda (hard copies,PDF) <br /> • Meeting minutes,documenting the site configuration selection(hard copy,PDF) <br /> Task 4— Stormwater <br /> The stormwater task consists of the following work elements: <br /> 4.1 Design Criteria <br /> The 2014 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (SWMMWW),City of Everett Municipal <br /> Code,City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development(June 2017),as well as the <br /> 2012 Low Impact Design Manual(LID Manual),will be used as drainage design manuals for this project.Prior to <br /> beginning project stormwater design,a stormwater design criteria matrix will be prepared summarizing all <br /> stormwater related requirements and standards.The design criteria matrix will be shared with the City of Everett <br /> for review and concurrence.With the presence of known contaminated soils on-site,infiltration is not <br /> recommended nor will on-site infiltration tests be performed. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Stormwater Design Criteria Matrix(to be included with the Drainage Report) <br /> 4.2 Site Assessment and Mapping <br /> The Consultant will prepare site assessment maps showing existing drainage features within the project site. <br /> Mapping will be assembled based upon existing topographic maps and new survey.Offsite information will be <br /> acquired from GIS mapping,City records,and City maps.The assessment maps,produced by the Consultant, <br /> will show existing contours,existing drainage elements and any critical areas such as wetlands and streams.This <br /> information will be used for appropriate documentation in the Drainage Report.These site assessment maps and <br /> exhibits will include: <br /> • Land use types and areas. <br /> • Topographic plans within the project site,including enclosed drainage. <br /> • Topographic mapping outside of the project boundary but within the project area of interest(electronic <br /> GIS). <br /> • Wetlands,streams,and other critical areas(if applicable). <br /> • Soil types,depth,and slope—Natural Resources Conservation Service(NRCS). <br /> • Soil subsurface information,as available. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 6 <br /> File location:X:\Everett,City of\Promo Efforts\20170146-Everett Station P&R Expansion\Promo\Business Development\Scope\Everett Transit Parking <br /> Lot_Scope_2018-1-10.docx <br />
