EVERETT STATION PARK-AND-RIDE EXPANSION <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. January 2018 <br /> • Electronic version of submittal documents(PDF) <br /> 6.3 Final IFB/Bid Set <br /> The intent of this task is to progress the work elements noted in Tasks 6.1 and 6.2 to a bid ready status for <br /> issuance by Everett Transit. The number of plan sheets is anticipated to remain the same as the 100%design <br /> effort. <br /> Work Elements: <br /> • Review and respond to comments from Everett Transit's review of the 100%design. <br /> • Review and respond to comments from the City of Everett and other reviewing agencies. <br /> • Progress all Task 6.1 and 6.2 elements to a bid ready state. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Everett Transit will assemble and advertise the final product, including document reproduction. <br /> • Bidding assistance is not included in this scope but can be provided under a separate scope. <br /> • All permitting related comments and revisions will be provided prior to beginning the Final IFB <br /> documents. <br /> • All review comments will be presented in the 100%review.There will be no comments or revisions <br /> following submittal of the IFB/Bid Set. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Response to 100%Everett Transit comments <br /> • Camera ready full-size set of plans(one [1] set—22"x 34") <br /> • Bid Ready Plans(four [4]copies, half-size—11"x 17") <br /> • Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost(four [4] copies) <br /> • Bid Ready Specifications(two [2] copies) <br /> • Electronic version of submittal documents(PDF and AutoCAD/Word) <br /> Task 7— Illumination System Design <br /> The intent of this task is to document proposed lighting levels and design a proposed illumination system <br /> including plans,specifications,and estimate for the parking lot. <br /> Work Elements: <br /> • Perform lighting analysis using AGI32. <br /> • Prepare Illumination Design Summary Memorandum. <br /> • Prepare plans, specifications and estimates for the illumination system. <br /> • Coordinate with Snohomish County PUD for location of power source. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • No illumination analysis or design is required for adjacent streets to the property. <br /> 14 <br /> File location: X:\Everett,City of\Promo Efforts\20170146-Everett Station P&R Expansion\Promo\Business Development\Scope\Everett Transit Parking <br /> Lot_Scope_2018-1-10.docx <br />
