EVERETT STATION PARK-AND-RIDE EXPANSION <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. January 2018 <br /> • Standard foundations(per WSDOT standard plans)are assumed to be acceptable and no special <br /> foundation designs are required. <br /> • Everett Transit will provide the pole and fixture type to be installed. <br /> • Everett Transit will obtain any electrical permits from serving utility. <br /> • No 3D illumination renderings will be created. <br /> • Power is assumed to come from a separate cabinet per WSDOT standard plans. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Illumination Design Summary Memorandum to include: <br /> o Design light levels and areas <br /> o Results of lighting analysis <br /> o Recommended light pole locations <br /> • Plan sheets at 60%,100%,and IFB submittals(up to two[2] sheets per submittal) <br /> • Specifications for 60%,100%,and IFB submittals <br /> • Cost opinion for 60%,100%,and IFB submittals <br /> Task 8 — Utility Coordination <br /> The utility coordination task consists of the following work elements: <br /> • Contact Matrix <br /> This work element includes making initial contact with each of the franchise utilities that own and <br /> maintain existing utilities within the vicinity of the project site.A contact matrix will be created which will <br /> provide the contact information for each of the franchise utility's main points of contact. <br /> • Utility Conflict Coordination <br /> The Consultant will evaluate utility crossings(locations where proposed utilities cross above or below <br /> existing utilities)for potential conflicts by calculating existing and proposed pipe elevations at the <br /> crossing location,based on invert elevations and pipe diameters.If a conflict exists,then coordination <br /> with the project engineer will commence to see if any modifications can be made to the proposed system, <br /> prior to asking the franchises to move their existing facilities.Overhead utility conflict information is also <br /> tracked. <br /> • Utility Coordination Meetings <br /> This work element includes the preparation and facilitation of up to two(2)underground utility <br /> coordination meetings and up to two(2)overhead utility coordination meetings. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Final Utility Conflict Matrix in Excel and PDF format <br /> Task 9 —Geotechnical Services <br /> Geotechnical Project Setup <br /> • Attend Project Kickoff Meeting:HWA will attend one project kickoff meeting with the Everett Transit <br /> and the design team.This meeting will review project objectives,communication protocol,and schedule. <br /> HWA assumes that this meeting will take place at Perteet's Everett Office. <br /> 15 <br /> File location: X:\Everett,City of\Promo Efforts\20170146-Everett Station P&R Expansion\Promo\Business Development\Scope\Everett Transit Parking <br /> Lot_Scope2018-1-10.docx <br />
