Samples: For each exposed product and for each color and texture specified, including <br />the following products: <br />1. 8-by-8-inch square of waterproofing and flashing sheet. <br />2. 8-by-8-inch square of insulation. <br />3. 4-by-4-inch square of drainage panel. <br />1.4 INFORMATIONAL SUBMITTALS <br />A. Qualification Data: For Installer. <br />B. Field quality -control reports. <br />C. Sample Warranties: For special warranties. <br />1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Installer Qualifications: An entity that employs installers and supervisors who are <br />trained and approved by waterproofing manufacturer. <br />B. Mockups: Build mockups to verify selections made under Sample submittals and to set <br />quality standards for installation. <br />1. Build for each typical waterproofing installation including accessories to <br />demonstrate surface preparation, crack and joint treatment, corner treatment, <br />and protection. <br />a. Size: Minimum length of 20 feet. <br />b. Description: Pedestrian tunnel, typical. <br />2. Approval of mockups does not constitute approval of deviations from the <br />Contract Documents contained in mockups unless Architect specifically approves <br />such deviations in writing. <br />3. Subject to compliance with requirements, approved mockups may become part <br />of the completed Work if undisturbed at time of Substantial Completion. <br />1.6 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING <br />A. Deliver liquid materials to Project site in original packages with seals unbroken, labeled <br />with manufacturer's name, product brand name and type, date of manufacture, and <br />directions for storing and mixing with other components. <br />B. Store liquid materials in their original undamaged packages in a clean, dry, protected <br />location and within temperature range required by waterproofing manufacturer. <br />C. Remove and replace liquid materials that cannot be applied within their stated shelf life <br />D.
