January 31, 2018 <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7213 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,954,194.32 for the period of January 13, 2018, through January 19, <br /> 2018. <br /> BID CALL — DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> To authorize Call for Bids for the Downtown Streetscape <br /> Improvements — Phase II Project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> RESOLUTION — REPRESENTATION BY DISTRICT ON THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to adopt Resolution No. 7214 establishing a Public Process for <br /> the Evaluation of Options for Representation by District on the City <br /> Council, with the object of City Council placing a District <br /> Representation Measure on the Ballot for the November 2018 General <br /> Election. <br /> President Roberts stated that based on a comment he received from <br /> Council Member Murphy, he revised the last sentence of Section 4 of the <br /> resolution to read as follows: Further, the Council may consider factors for <br /> implementing district representation including but not limited to: boundaries, <br /> timing, implementation and transition. <br /> Mary Rollins and Megan Dunn, both of Everett, presented the Everett <br /> Districts Now Public Input Summary. <br /> 44 <br />
