February 7, 2018 <br /> 2) The Police Department will provide an annual briefing relating to <br /> the Alcohol Impact Area (AIA). <br /> 3) In reference to the AIA, the Police department is currently working <br /> to identify the substitute products that have been introduced into <br /> the market, and information will be brought forward at a future date. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last no <br /> longer than 30 minutes, concerning a legal matter pursuant to RCW <br /> 42.30.110(1)(i)(c) with no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Sharita Burton, Everett, spoke about the need for revitalization of the <br /> North Broadway corridor/college district. <br /> The following Transportation Services employees expressed concern <br /> regarding the processing of Labor & Industries (L&I) claims by <br /> Comprehensive Risk Management: Jean Kent, Steve Oss, Timothy <br /> Nugent, Jan Moisanen, Penney Olsen, and Jerry Osness. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding L&I administration. Council members <br /> requested Administration bring back the current contract with <br /> Comprehensive Risk Management for Council review. <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, spoke about a news article entitled "Moody's <br /> Warns Cities to Address Climate Risks or Face Downgrades." <br /> 51 <br />
