Representatives of Murraysmith and the City of Everett will attend. D. Information relevant to Bidding Documents will be issued by Addenda. 1.11 INQUIRIES AND ADDENDA t A. Should a Bidder find what is believed to be discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Specifications, or should the Bidder be in doubt as to their meaning, Bidder may submit to the City an emailed written request for an interpretation. B. Direct questions to: I 1. Prior to January 3, 2018 to Dave Voigt, at the office of Owner, DVoigt( everettwa.gov, (425)257-8983. 2. After January 3, 2018 to Souheil Nasr, at the office of Owner, SNasr@everettwa.gov, (425)257-7210. C. Verbal answers are not binding on any party. I D. Submit questions not less than seven days before date set for receipt of Bids. E. Addenda: 1. Replies will be made by Addenda,which may be issued during Bidding period. I 2. Addenda will be published online on Washington Builders Exchange website. 3. Addenda become part of Contract Documents. F. Include resultant costs in Bid Sum. 1.12 PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS A. Requests for product substitutions will not be accepted before execution of Contract. 1 B. Changes in the Work: 1. In submitting substitutions to specified products, Bidders shall include changes required I in the Work and changes to Contract Time or Contract Sum to accommodate such approved substitutions in their Bid. 2. Later claims by the Bidder for an addition to the Contract Time or Contract Sum because of changes in Work necessitated by use of substitutions will not be considered. C.
