The <br /> letters shall be at least 4-inches in height. <br /> The sign(s) will contain basic project information including: Project name, estimated project <br /> duration, project construction cost, project OWNER's name and OWNER's contact and phone <br /> number, ENGINEER's name, CONTRACTOR's name, OWNER's and ENGINEER's company <br /> logos, the CONTRACTOR's logo if the CONTRACTOR so desires, any funding agency logo(s) <br /> along with any required wording from those agencies. The logos shall be sized such that they are <br /> visible from a distance approved by the ENGINEER. The OWNER, ENGINEER and funding <br /> agencies will provide electronic images of their logos for the CONTRACTOR's use in developing <br /> the signs. <br /> 1.46 Extended Warranty Provisions <br /> ' The CONTRACTOR shall provide an extended warranty for all plantings. The warranty•for this <br /> work shall extend an additional 1 year beyond that provided for the overall project. <br /> ' 1.47 WORK WITH EXISTING ASBESTOS WATER PIPELINES <br /> The CONTRACTOR shall comply with all requirements of the State of Washington Department of <br /> Ecology with respect to the safe handling, removal and disposal of asbestos cement pipe, including <br /> all reporting requirements. <br /> 1.48 INADVERTENT DISCOVERY PLAN FOR CULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> The CONTRACTOR shall follow this Inadvertent Discovery Plan (IDP) if cultural material <br /> ' including human remains are encountered during construction. In addition to the requirements <br /> below, the CONTRACTOR shall comply in all respects to the requirements of Section 00290.50, <br /> Protection of Cultural Resources and Section 00290.51, Protection of Sensitive Cultural Sites, <br /> ' Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction,Oregon Department of Transportation(ODOT). <br /> The IDP for the project is as follows: <br /> ' Protocol for Coordination in the Event of Inadvertent Discovery <br /> A. In the event of an inadvertent discovery of possible archaeological materials, all work will <br /> ' stop immediately in the vicinity of the find. <br /> B. The area will be secured and protected. <br /> C. The City of Veneta's Archaeologist and Resident Project Representative (RPR) will be <br /> notified. The Archeologist or RPR will notify the appropriate authorities which shall be <br /> Rural Development, USDA State Environmental Coordinator (SEC) and the State <br /> ' Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). If possible human remains are encountered, the RD <br /> SEC and the Lane County Coroner will be notified immediately. The RD SEC will then <br /> notify the SHPO and the appropriate Tribes.
