Make every effort to give proper attention to each of these items so as to minimize interruptions <br /> of the existing facilities and avoid delays that may result if the constraints are not observed. <br /> C. Constraints listed below involve limits on activities during construction. These limits relate to <br /> the critical nature of the existing trunk sewer. <br /> 1. Coordinate construction schedule and operation with Owner. <br /> 1111 2. Coordinate proposed work with Owner, Engineer and facility operations personnel before <br /> implementing sewer bypassing.Under no circumstances cease Work at the end of a normal <br /> working day if such actions may inadvertently cause a cessation of any facility operating <br /> process; in which case,remain on site until necessary Work and/or repairs are complete. <br /> 1.5 WORK PERFORMED BY OTHERS IN THE AREA <br /> A. The Contractor shall plan for and coordinate work with the work performed by others <br /> contractors and agencies in the area. The contractor shall not impede or cause the delay of <br /> work by others. <br /> B. Anticipated work by others within close proximity to the project site include,but is not limited <br /> to: <br /> 1. City of Everett. North Wetmore Stormwater Separation Project. This project is the <br /> installation of the stormwater piping network that will be connected to the stormwater <br /> improvements provided under this contract. Work will be in the streets adjacent to the site; <br /> Wetmore Avenue, 5th Street,Rockefeller Avenue, etc. <br /> 1.6 TEMPORARY BYPASSING <br /> A. Provide 14-day minimum advance notice to request approval of a temporary bypass. <br /> B. Each Notice of Request for Approval of a Temporary Bypass submitted to Owner shall include <br /> the following: <br /> 1. Dates,times, and duration of proposed bypass. <br /> 2. Work activities to be performed during the bypass. <br /> 3. Assistance required of Owner's personnel before,during, and after bypass. <br /> 4. Personnel to be on Site during bypass. <br /> 5. Contingency plan if work during bypass is not completed during allotted time or critical <br /> equipment fails. <br /> C. Upon receipt of such request,Owner will decide what action(s)is required by Owner and if the <br /> requested bypass is acceptable considering the flows through the pump station at that time.The <br /> request from Contractor will be returned to Contractor with the Owner's written decision noted. <br /> If Owner deems that the requested bypass is unacceptable, Owner will state such reasons, and <br /> Contractor shall reschedule the bypass as required. <br /> Legion Golf Course Stormwater Detention Project Work Sequence <br /> WO#UP3620 011216-3 <br />
