Complete installation of stormwater piping for connection to the future upstream <br /> conveyance system prior to May 15, 2018. 1 <br /> 3. Complete the installation of all golf scape areas requiring grassing by August 2018. <br /> 4. Complete the installation of the stormwater piping and ponds so they are functional and I <br /> ready to receive stormwater flow by July 2018. <br /> 5. Complete the installation of the stormwater piping and all restoration within the Everett 1 <br /> Community College easement and temporary construction easement in a period of not <br /> more than 60 days. <br /> C. The Contractor shall phase all construction activities to ensure golf play may continue <br /> uninterrupted during normal golf course operating hours per the Interim Routing Plan <br /> contained herein. 1 <br /> D. The Contractor shall phase all topsoil operations, shaping, feature construction, finishing and <br /> planting per Division 32 of these Specifications, Golf Course Specifications.
