I I 1 2. Construction Surveying& Record Drawings Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum The lump sum bid shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor and equipment for the setting and monitoring the location, elevation, alignment and grade of the work, including establishing and staking of the proposed stormwater and utility improvements and other easement lines,public right of way lines, and existing and new fences, as required, to complete the work. This includes all work necessary to provide construction survey, control monuments, temporary bench marks, staking of tees, greens, fairway turning points, grade stakes, fairway centerline, roadways, cart paths, walls, boundaries, and other related surveying/staking necessary for golf course construction per Details and Specifications. The lump sum bid shall include the complete cost of providing all mark-up drawings necessary for the Owner to create accurate record drawings. Failure to comply with the requirements and furnish acceptable record drawing will result in the non-payment of a portion of this bid item as determined by the schedule of values,but no less than 10% of the value of this bid item. I 3. Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum The lump sum bid shall constitute full compensation for materials,work,labor and equipment necessary to provide erosion control, complete and in place throughout the term of the Contract. Also included are all costs for temporary and permanent erosion control measures needed to prevent silt from entering the storm drain,trenches or water courses or surrounding property as required in permits or as necessitated by climate, weather conditions and the Contractor's activities. Included in the lump sum price for this bid item are all costs for dust control, including but not limited to watering down work site, covering stock piles, limit traffic and traffic speeds, maintaining plant cover as long as possible, street cleaning and sweeping. Included in the lump sum price for this bid item are all costs for additional.temporary erosion control measures which may be required to support the Contractor's construction methods,including but not limited to, settling and filtering of water from dewatering operations, catch basin inserts, diversion and control of surface runoff into or out of trenches, straw mulch,protection of delivered or stockpiled backfill materials, protection of unsuitable or surplus materials and control, care and cleanup of petroleum products or other construction byproducts. Included in the lump sum price for this bid item are all costs for temporary erosion control measures that may be required at all access roads, haul routes, staging areas, material and equipment storage yards and other sites occupied or used by the Contractor. Measurement for temporary erosion and sediment control shall be the ratio of the number of working days completed to the number of working days authorized in the Contract. I 4.
