<br /> • furnishing and installing features associated with the 60-inch structure, including, but not
<br /> limited to:
<br /> o canal gates,
<br /> o ductile iron spools and transition couplings,
<br /> o cover with access hatch
<br /> 25. Pond Liner System North Detention Pond
<br /> 26. Pond Liner System South Detention Pond
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum
<br /> The lump sum bid shall constitute full compensation for furnishing a pond liner system, complete and in
<br /> place. The unit price shall include all labor,materials,tools,and equipment necessary for its construction,
<br /> including,but not limited to, the following:
<br /> • finish grading and removal of rocks and debris,
<br /> • furnishing,placing and compacting crushed surface base course below liner,
<br /> • furnishing and installing nonwoven geotextile fabric on each side of liner,
<br /> • furnishing and installing the HDPE liner,
<br /> • welding and testing liner seams, connections,
<br /> • furnishing,placing and compacting granular fill over liner,
<br /> • furnishing and placing high visibility fence within the granular fill material,
<br /> • anchoring the liner along the pond perimeter,
<br /> • furnishing and installing liner boots at all pipe penetrations and around control structures,
<br /> • protection of the liner system during construction.
