I • hauling and placing excavated material in accordance with the golf course earthwork plans and specifications, • protecting and/or maintaining existing utilities, I • removing and disposing of abandon 36-inch sewer and stormwater/drainage piping and structures, • protecting existing active drainage piping and connecting to new drainage system, • abandoning existing pipe that is no longer in service when encounter. I 23. Control Structure System North Detention Pond Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum The lump sum bid shall constitute full compensation for furnishing and installing the North Detention Pond 1I Control Structure System consisting of an 84-inch and 60-inch diameter manhole structures with control features. The unit price shall include all labor, materials and equipment necessary for its construction, located at the North Pond as shown on the plans. Included in, but not limited to,the lump sum price for this item are all costs for: • excavation, • stockpiling excavated material, • protecting and/or maintaining existing utilities, • removing and disposing of existing piping and materials, I • furnishing,placing and compacting bedding material, • furnishing and installing two control structures, • grout fill within the structures I • furnishing and installing pipe connections, • furnishing,placing and compacting suitable native backfill material, • cleaning, flushing, inspecting, and testing, • furnishing and installing features associated with the 84-inch structure, including, but not limited to: o design and construction of a reinforced concrete baffle wall, o piping, fittings, orifice plates, gate valves and appurtenances, o trash rack cover • furnishing and installing features associated with the 60-inch structure, including, but not limited to: o canal gate and flap gate, o ductile iron spools and transition couplings, o cover with access hatch 24.
