Such work shall include excavation, furnishing, placing and compacting 6 inches of crushed <br /> top course surfacing and other work necessary to form cart path subgrade and furnishing and placing 3 <br /> inches of asphalt on prepared subgrade as designated on plans per cart path details and specifications. <br /> Incidentals shall include, but not limited to, topsoil backfill material on both sides of cart path edge such <br /> that seed or sod is flush to the finished cart path grade elevation. <br /> 52.
