I <br /> E. The Engineer will review the submitted data and shop drawings, and return to the Contractor <br /> with notations thereon indicating "No Exception Taken", "Make Corrections Noted", <br /> 1 "Rejected", "Revise and Resubmit", or"Submit Specified Item". <br /> F. Owner may withhold monies due to Contractor to cover additional costs beyond the second <br /> submittal review. <br /> 1.5 SUBMITTAL PROCEDURES <br /> A. Transmit each submittal with CSI Form 12.1A - Submittal Transmittal or similar Engineer- <br /> accepted form. <br /> B. Sequentially number transmittal forms. Mark revised submittals with original number and <br /> sequential alphabetic suffix. <br /> C. Show each Submittal with numbering and tracking system approved by Engineer: <br /> 1. Submittals shall be numbered according to specification section. For example,the first <br /> product submittal for Section 05 50 00 would be"05 50 00-1". Resubmittals of that <br /> submittal would be"05 50 00-1.1", followed by"05 50 00-1.2", and so on. The second <br /> product submittal for that Section would be"05 50 00-2". <br /> 1 2. Submittals containing product information from multiple sections of the specifications <br /> will not be reviewed. Contractor and/or their supplier shall divide submittals in a manner <br /> that meets the numbering and tracking system requirements stated herein. <br /> 3. Alternative method of numbering may be accepted as approved by Engineer. <br /> D. Identify:Project,Contractor,Subcontractor and supplier,pertinent Drawing and detail number, <br /> and Specification Section number appropriate to submittal. <br /> E. Apply Contractor's stamp, signed or initialed, certifying that review, approval, verification of <br /> products required, field dimensions, adjacent construction Work, and coordination of <br /> information is according to requirements of the Work and Contract Documents. <br /> F. Schedule submittals to expedite Project, and post electronic submittals as PDF electronic files <br /> to a determined site. <br /> 1 G. Coordinate submission of related items. <br /> 1. All shop drawings for interrelated items shall be scheduled for submission at the same time. <br /> 2. The Engineer may hold shop drawings in cases where partial submission cannot be <br /> reviewed until the complete submission has been received or where shop drawings cannot <br /> be reviewed until correlated items affected by them have been received. When such shop <br /> drawings are held,the Engineer will advise the Contractor in writing that the shop drawing <br /> submitted will not be reviewed until shop drawings for all related items have been received. <br /> H.
