• <br /> b. On cart path side of any given tee, sod shall extend to the cart path edge <br /> or curb edge. <br /> 3. Perimeter surrounding Greenside Bunkers and Fairway Bunkers, including <br /> slopes as instructed by ENGINEER. <br /> a. The perimeter of all fairway and greenside bunkers shall be sodded with <br /> no less than a three-foot (3') strip of the appropriate sod. The fingers and <br /> slopes shall be completely sodded and stabilized with stakes if <br /> necessary. Sodding shall be in rows at right angles to the slope. The <br /> fingers shall be completely sodded and stabilized with stakes if <br /> necessary. <br /> 4. The perimeter of all fairways shall be sodded with no less than a three-foot (3') <br /> strip of the appropriate sod. Sodding shall be in rows at right angles to the <br /> slope. <br /> 5. All pond banks from normal water operating level to a minimum of 24" past top <br /> of bank. <br /> 6. All slopes exceeding twenty percent (20%). <br /> 7. A ten-foot by ten-foot (10' by 10') square around all inlets. <br /> 8. All areas NOT receiving sod as indicated on the plans will be seeded: <br /> • Greens and Tees: using a Drop-Seeder, apply one-half the specified <br /> application rate and type for seed and then immediately followed by a <br /> second application in a direction perpendicular to the first. Seed shall be <br /> sown uniformly over the designated area. <br /> • Fairways and Roughs - Seeded: one-half the specified application rate for <br /> seed and then immediately followed by a second application in a direction <br /> perpendicular to the first. The application of the seed shall be Drill-Seeded <br /> with a Brillion type landscape seeder or approved equal in good working <br /> condition and calibrated to apply the specified amounts." <br /> Part 3.05-A-6, delete "...October 31 ..." and replace with "...July 31..." <br /> Part 3.06-G-1, delete Paragraph "1."in its entirety and replace with the following: <br /> "1. All disturbed areas not receiving sod as described above, including all fairways, <br /> greens and tees and remaining areas not sodded" <br /> Part 3.06-G-1-b-iii, delete the text"ALTERNATE" and "...if seeded..." <br /> Part 3.06-J, delete Paragraph "J." in its entirety. <br /> Part 3.10, delete Section "3.10" in its entirety and replace with the following: <br /> Page 11 of 14 <br />
