"3.10 MAINTENANCE AND ESTABLISHMENT: <br /> A. Immediately after all areas have been planted, the Contractor shall water the <br /> planted areas. After this initial watering, it shall be the City's responsibility to <br /> maintain the planted areas, including all grow-in, watering, fertilizing, topdressing, <br /> etc. <br /> 1. The City and Parks and Recreation assume all grow-in responsibilities for <br /> the newly planted golf course features. <br /> 2. No maintenance of the existing golf course of any type shall be required of <br /> the Contractor other than the requirements noted above. <br /> B.
