"3.10 MAINTENANCE AND ESTABLISHMENT: <br /> A. Immediately after all areas have been planted, the Contractor shall water the <br /> planted areas. After this initial watering, it shall be the City's responsibility to <br /> maintain the planted areas, including all grow-in, watering, fertilizing, topdressing, <br /> etc. <br /> 1. The City and Parks and Recreation assume all grow-in responsibilities for <br /> the newly planted golf course features. <br /> 2. No maintenance of the existing golf course of any type shall be required of <br /> the Contractor other than the requirements noted above. <br /> B. Should the irrigation system become inoperative through the fault of the Contractor <br /> during the critical grass establishment period, the Contractor shall be responsible <br /> for any loss of planted areas. <br /> C. Contractor shall take appropriate steps using TESC as required to prevent Erosion <br /> or damage to planted areas prior to Substantial Completion. Any other type of <br /> damage not caused by the Contractor after planting and initial watering shall be the <br /> responsibility of the ENGINEER." <br /> Part 3.11, delete Section "3.11" in its entirety <br /> 16.Division 32, Section 32 80 00, Irrigation Systems <br /> Part 2.14-8, delete reference to "... 1 inch..." and replace with "...1/2 inch..." <br /> VOLUME III — PLANS <br /> 17.Plans General <br /> Note — Electronic files of drawings, including CAD files, will not be available to bidders during <br /> bidding. <br /> 18.Civil, Sheet C101 <br /> Sewer Note 7, delete text and replace with the following: "ABANDON EXISTING <br /> STRUCTURE." <br /> 19.Civil, Sheet C102 <br /> Sewer Note 6, delete Note 6 and replace with "7.
