If reclassifying <br /> is possible, please provide the analysis on the cover sheet. <br /> See sheet G1.0. The construction type has been changed to VB. The analysis of <br /> allowable floors and area, per IBC chapter 5, has also been added. <br /> Comment ID # 2 Using an occupant load factor of 100 per square foot of gross floor <br /> area as required by IBC 1004 results in an occupant load of 74 or 77 per floor. With half <br /> of the occupants per floor using each exit, IBC 118 requires one-hour rated corridors <br /> where the occupant load exceeds 30. <br /> See sheet G1.1. On the first floor, the actual occupants are listed to show an <br /> occupant load under 30. On the second floor, a 1-hour rated corridor is shown. <br /> See sheet A1.2.
