I am a Licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Washington, Montana, California, Colorado and <br /> Oklahoma. My experience and license is in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Machinery and manufacturing <br /> processes such as Oil Extraction. I have a lot of experience in Machine Design, Machine Safety, processing equipment <br /> and Analysis. I have been evaluating and designing Oil Extraction Equipment/ rooms since February 2014. I have <br /> performed 3rd Party certifications on several closed-loop extractors, rooms and other equipment used in this industry. I <br /> also provide similar services for Flow Meter manufacturers in California, Boeing Commercial Airplanes (Everett, Renton, <br /> Charleston), Waypoint Aerospace (Aircraft Mounted Oil Suppression System), and Genie Industries, and WEMCO in <br /> Spokane. <br /> I am the principal engineer at Kirkland Dynamics with two other permanent engineers. Please let me know if you <br /> require any further evidence of my qualifications. I am currently approved to perform this service for King County, <br /> Seattle,Tacoma, Kitsap, Spokane, Spokane Valley, Grant County, Everett, Whatcom, Bellingham, and several other <br /> Jurisdictions. <br /> The Terpp report for the MKIVc is a good representative example of the Manufacturers Engineering Report. I also <br /> provide Field Evaluations for Extractors and processing rooms. We just completed the review and licensure for a <br /> Processing site in Seattle and one in Spokane where there are five Terpp MKIVc type extractors used for processing. <br /> I would like to work with the City of Everett to ensure that 1-502 processing is carried out in a safe manner. I fully <br /> believe that I have demonstrated my capability and competence within the field. I have references such as Barrie <br /> Kenning of Snohomish County, Dave Kokot in Spokane FD, Rich Richardson in Seattle FD, and some others whom have <br /> personally witnessed the quality of service I provide. I have also been appointed to the Washington State Building Code <br /> Technical Advisory Group for Cannabis issues. <br /> I have attached my resume and a product sheet for a system we have designed and installed in many jurisdictions to <br /> help protect operators who perform Closed-Loop Extractions. <br /> Please let me know if you would like the above mentioned references contact information.
