General precautions for the safe storage, handling or care of <br /> hazardous materials shall be in accordance with Sections 5003.9.1 through 5003.9.10. <br /> 5003.9.1 Personnel training and written procedures. <br /> Persons responsible for the operation of areas in which hazardous materials are stored, dispensed, <br /> handled or used shall be familiar with the chemical nature of the materials and the appropriate <br /> mitigating actions necessary in the event of fire, leak or spill. <br /> 5003.9.1.1 Fire department liaison.
