February 14, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., February 14, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the William <br /> E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. Upon roll <br /> call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, <br /> McNeal, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council Members <br /> Moore and Murphy were excused. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 7, 2018, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to concur with the following appointment: <br /> Everett Housing Authority Board of Commissioners: <br /> Appointment of Allison Warren-Barbour to Position 1 for the <br /> remainder of a four-year term ending October 6, 2018. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Murphy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Snohomish Health District Board meeting. He also reported on his <br /> attendance at the 25th Annual Wendt Award & Mayor's Arts Awards and the <br /> 2017 Everett Police Annual Awards Ceremony. <br /> 58 <br />
