February 14, 2018 <br /> Council Member McNeal reported on her attendance at the 2017 Everett <br /> Police Annual Awards Ceremony. She also provided a liaison report on her <br /> attendance at the Riverside Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Tuohy provided a recap from the Public Safety <br /> Subcommittee meeting held earlier this evening. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher reported on her attendance at the 25th Annual <br /> Wendt Award & Mayor's Arts Awards. She also provided a liaison report on <br /> her attendance at the Port Gardner Neighborhood meeting. <br /> President Roberts reported on his attendance at the 25th Annual Wendt <br /> Award & Mayor's Arts Awards and the 2017 Everett Police Annual Awards <br /> Ceremony. He also spoke about his meetings with Ed Rubatino of Rubatino <br /> Refuse Removal and Bike & Ped group. President Roberts provided a <br /> riminder that a Council Retreat is scheduled for February 21 at 4 p.m. in the <br /> council chambers. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Lyle Ryan, Administration provided an update related to employees <br /> dissatisfaction regarding the processing of Labor & Industries (L&I) claims <br /> by Comprehensive Risk Management and the status of the Request for <br /> Proposal for a third-party vendor. <br /> Mr. Ryan also asked Paul Kaftanski to provide an update on the Evergreen <br /> Branch Library project and the short-term Service Center Relocation <br /> Project. <br /> Paul Kaftanski, Administration, updated the Council on the Library <br /> expansion project and the Service Center Relocation Project. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> 59 <br />
