February 14, 2018 <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Robert Creamer, Everett, expressed his appreciation for Jackie Minchew's <br /> activism in the community. <br /> Sean Renfro, Everett, spoke about his meeting with Police Chief <br /> Templeman and City Attorney Iles. <br /> President Roberts stated that the Council is not able to address Mr. Renfro's <br /> claims. <br /> Jim Iles, City Attorney, provided a short statement summarizing what the <br /> City has done in response to Mr. Renfro's claims. Mr. Iles stated that based <br /> on a discussion with Mr. Renfro, and a review of evidence and information <br /> provided, the City believes there isn't anything further that it can do. Mr. <br /> Iles recommended that Mr. Renfro discuss this matter with his attorney. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Public Works Department Emergency Preparedness <br /> Presented by Grant Moen, Public Works <br /> Council Member Bader suggested incorporating historical value of the <br /> buildings factor into the Debris Management Plan to preserve historical <br /> treasures. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested a briefing about the City's <br /> Emergency Management Plan be provided to Council. <br /> Mayor Franklin stated a briefing will be scheduled after a few minor <br /> adjustments to the plan are completed. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1802-10 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> 60 <br />
