Amend Chapter 2-Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan to add reference to a new Figure 6 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map and include a copy of the map in the Plan. Amend the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map to remove designations for two areas outside Everett's Municipal Urban Growth Area:Area 1 includes several large, developed parcels east of Paine Field and Airport Road and west of Kasch Park extending north-south from approximately 94th Street SW to 100th Street SW; Area 2 are two parcels located at the southeast corner of the intersection of 134th Street SW and Ash Way. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Adopt an Ordinance Amending the Land Use Map and Text of the Comprehensive Plan to Update the Land Use Element,Amending Ordinance No. 2021-94,As Amended,As Part of the Annual Docket for 2017-18. 33
