This project will enhance bicycle mobility between Pacific Avenue and the Interurban Trail by <br /> improving accessibility and safety. The project will fill in a missing bicycle link and create a signed bicycle <br /> route between Pacific Avenue and the Interurban Trail at 44th Street SE. <br /> The budget for this project is$407,300 and the sources funds are: <br /> Federal Grant(HSIP) $366,550 <br /> Fund 119—Street Improvements 40,750 <br /> Total Funds $407,300 <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled"Pacific Avenue to Interurban Trail <br /> Bicycle Safety Project,"Fund 303,Program 112,to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> 55 <br />
