This addendum modifies the District's Capital <br />Facilities Plan (CFP) to reflect an increase in the costs of constructing Elementary School <br />No. 17, removes the acquisition costs for a future elementary school from the impact fee <br />calculations pending verification of property location and costs of acquisition, and minor <br />other changes. This addendum also reduces the proposed impact fee amounts to $5,170 <br />per single family home and $2,064 per multi -family home with 2+ bedrooms. <br />Previously, the District's Capital Facilities Plan 2006-2011 was adopted by the Board on <br />August 22, 2006. <br />Ed Petersen moved to adopt the aforementioned Approval of Addendum to the Capital <br />Facilities Plan 2006-2011, which was part of the Consent Agenda (of Action Items).
