;err <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3011-07 <br /> An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 2021-94, as Amended, The Everett <br /> Comprehensive Plan Map For The Combined JELD-WEN And Port Of Everett <br /> Baywood Properties, Located at 200 and 300 West Marine View Drive, From <br /> Maritime Services (5.2) To Waterfront Commercial (4.5),As Part Of The 2006 <br /> Annual Update To The Comprehensive Plan, And Providing For An Anticipated <br /> Amendment To The Everett Shoreline Master Program And Rezone To Follow <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett adopted a new Comprehensive Plan in August, 1994, in <br /> conformance with the Washington State Growth Management Act; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Growth Management Act, codified as RCW Chapter 36.70A, generally <br /> allows for comprehensive plans to be amended on an annual basis; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett adopted the 10 year update to the Comprehensive Plan, <br /> in conformance with the Washington Growth Management Act on July 20, 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett initiated its 2006 annual Comprehensive Plan <br /> amendment process in July, 2006,which included consideration of Comprehensive Plan <br /> map designation amendments, text changes and rezone applications; and <br /> WHEREAS,the JELD-WEN Corporation, working with the Port of Everett, applied for <br /> an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan map designation for a combined property <br /> containing 53 upland acres, located at 200 & 300 West Marine View Drive, from <br /> Maritime Services (5.2) To Waterfront Commercial (4.5); and <br /> WHEREAS, a SEPA Determination of Non Significance (SEPA# 05-055) for the <br /> proposal was issued on May 29, 2007; and <br />
