February 21, 2018 <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to have Planning draft an ordinance for Option 2, as presented <br /> during the February 7, 2018 meeting. <br /> Council Members Moore and McNeal stated there should be options or a <br /> hybrid of options for a proposed ordinance. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher withdrew her motion. <br /> Discussion continued regarding land use matters, the use of the B-3 zone, <br /> ADA compliance and timing limitations in regarding litigation. <br /> Council advised staff to bring forward a few options that would comply with <br /> the ADA laws and provide a balance to the community. <br /> Allan Giffen, Planning, stated this information could come to Council as <br /> soon as two weeks. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1802-07 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Code (EMC Title 19, as <br /> amended) definition of"Clinic" and repealing Sections 2, 4, and 5 of <br /> Ordinance No. 2708-03 <br /> No action was taken. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — COUNCIL BILL 1802-08 <br /> President Roberts opened a public hearing regarding the proposed <br /> ordinance amending the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map and Zoning <br /> Map for 1609 Walnut Street amending Ordinance No's. 2021-94 and 1671- <br /> 89, as amended, as part of the annual docket for 2017-18. <br /> Karen Stewart, Planning, provided a brief update to Council. <br /> 73 <br />
