frc <br /> Lt: - - <br /> "-, - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special construction fund entitled "Everett <br /> Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower Rebuild <br /> Project", Fund 342, Program 024, to accumulate the construction costs for <br /> the project and repealing Ordinance 3575-17. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized the need to replace the Chiller unit and <br /> rebuild the Cooling Tower located within the Everett Performing Arts Building located at <br /> 2710 Wetmore Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, funding from Capital Improvement Program 1 (CIP 1) is needed to <br /> complete the Everett Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower <br /> Rebuild Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section '1: A special construction fund is hereby established as Fund 342, Program 024 <br /> entitled "Everett Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower <br /> Rebuild Project" to accumulate the construction costs required for the project. <br /> Section 2: Authorization is hereby granted to the Facilities/Property Management <br /> Director under the administration of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for <br /> conducting all tasks and performing all necessary steps to accomplish the actions <br /> authorized by this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3: The sum of $425,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 024 <br /> "Everett Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower Rebuild <br /> Project". <br /> A.
