(1) Downtown Parking Study. (2) Grant final plat approval for the Alpine Heights Unit Lot Subdivision. (3) Waive immaterial irregularity and award the construction contract for the synthetic turf replacement and renovation project on Kasch Park multipurpose fields 2 and 3 to Premier Field Development in the amount of $2,860,100.00 plus Washington State sales tax. (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign the State Capital Construction Grant Agreement No. GCB2316 for North Broadway Bus Stop Safety Improvements with the Washington State Department of Transportation. PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (5) CB 1603-13 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance expanding the Multiple Family Property Tax Exemption Area, and amending Ordinance No. 2347-98, as amended (EMC Chapter 3.78) (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 4-6-16). (6) CB 1603-14— 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Kasch Park Multipurpose Fields 2 and 3- Replacement and Renovation," Fund 354, Program 049, to accumulate all costs for the Improvement Project. (3rd and final reading on 4-6-16). CONSENT ITEMS: (7) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,324,702.12 for the period of March 12, 2016 through March 18, 2016.
