(13) Adopt Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus and authorizing their disposition. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment to contract documents, Enterprise Software Assurance Agreement with Microsoft Corporation, for the Visio purchases and software updates, for an annual cost less than $1500.00 including Washington State sales tax.
