Provide at least 4 street trees no greater than 30 feet on-center along 37th Street. <br /> 2. Provide at least 10 street trees no greater than 30 feet on-center along McDougall Avenue. <br /> 3. Provide at least 5 street trees no greater than 30 feet on-center along the south lot line. The <br /> trees may be placed within the 38th Street right-of-way. <br /> 4. Provide at least 2 trees along the east lot line,no greater than 30 feet on-center from 37th <br /> Street southward. <br /> 5. Provide at least 5 trees in the interior landscaping islands within the parking lot that is north <br /> of the existing building. <br /> 6. Increase the width of the sidewalk per City standards within the right-of-way along 37th <br /> Street to the lot line and around onto McDougall Avenue to the north side of the first driveway <br /> curb cut begins. <br /> 7. Between the new building and the street and between the new parking lot south of the new <br /> building and the street,provide a sidewalk per City standards up to the lot line. <br /> 8.
