9. All trees must be maintained in a healthy growing condition according to the maintenance <br /> requirements found in Subsection 35.130 of the zoning code. The topping, shearing or <br /> pollarding of trees is not allowed.Dead,diseased, stolen,vandalized,improperly pruned, or <br /> damaged plants shall be replaced within three months,with the plants indicated on the <br /> approved landscape plan. <br /> 10. The type of tree to be planted must be approved by the Planning Department and Public <br /> Works. <br /> 11.
