Staffing: <br /> The Resource Specialist has over 10 years' experience in human services working with <br /> homeless adults, economically disadvantaged persons, persons with mental health <br /> difficulties and persons with chemical dependency concerns. The Family Support Coach <br /> Supervisor has a Master of Social Work from the University of Hawaii and over 20 years <br /> of experience in the human services and social work fields, including over 10 years at <br /> Housing Hope. Site-Based Community Manager has over 10 years' of experience in <br /> management, including human resources, assisted housing, property management and <br /> building maintenance. He also has over two years' experience with low income tax <br /> credit compliance, federal and state Fair Housing Laws and tenant certification <br /> processes. The Maintenance Staff person has 30 years of experience in building <br /> maintenance and has demonstrated the ability to perform any building maintenance <br /> tasks necessary, including HVAC, plumbing, painting and minor electrical work and the <br /> knowledge of sound preventive maintenance practices. <br /> Housing Hope's Education and Employment Specialist and Education, Employment, <br /> and Training Supervisor also provide support to residents of the Commerce Building. <br /> The Education and Employment Specialist has office hours at the Commerce Building <br /> to provide one-on-one counseling and guidance to residents about job readiness, higher <br /> education, vocational certificates and career progression. The Resource Specialist also <br /> refers individual residents to the Education and Employment Specialist for additional <br /> assistance. The Education and Employment Specialist has Master of Social Work from <br /> Saint Louis University and over three years' experience in human services, including <br /> with the Department of Social and Health Services Children's Administration. The <br /> Education, Employment and Training Supervisor has a B.A. in General Studies with a <br /> Minor in Business Administration from Washington State University and over seven <br /> years' experience in advancing the employment skills of low-income and <br /> underemployed individuals with significant barriers to successful employment. <br />
