I . <br /> City of Everett Human Needs Grant <br /> January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 <br /> Exhibit B <br /> Terms, Conditions and Projected Budget <br /> Organization: Housing Hope <br /> Program: Commerce Building Housing and Social Services for Persons with <br /> Disabilities <br /> Will spend the funds received for the specific purposes of: <br /> providing housing and social services for the low- and very low-income single individuals residing at <br /> the Commerce Building in downtown Everett. In addition to their low incomes, these residents also <br /> struggle with chronic mental and physical disabilities that significantly limit their options for <br /> increased income and negatively impact their ability to maintain stable housing. <br /> For the purposes of this grant, a unit of service is defined as: <br /> A Resource Coordination unit of service is defined as a face-to-face substantive interaction or <br /> contact with a client for 10 minutes or longer. <br /> Housing Hope anticipates this grant will fund a total of 680 units of service for <br /> (unduplicated count) 55 Everett residents each year (define <br /> period — month, quarter, etc.) <br /> Housing Hope anticipates its budget for the year 1/1/2018 through 12/31/2018, by quarters, will be: <br /> First Qtr.
